Just to the right side of the bridge of my nose, I have this nerve or something that keeps jumping/twitching every so often. It's fucking driving me insane. It only happens for a few seconds and then stops and then a few seconds/minutes/hours later, it does it again. It seems to be worse when I'm thinking about it. I have no idea what's causing this, but I thought I'd come on here and see what the masses think. It's almost to the point where I'm thinking about calling my doctor and making an appointment just to see if she can make it stop. headdesk

I sometimes have a twitch in my pinkies. It doesn't happen very often but it's annoying when it happens. And when I get really stressed out, my eyes twitch.

My lower right eyelid twitches every now and then, usually for several seconds before stopping. It's a little uncomfortable but really doesn't bother me all that much, so I just let it happen.

I get major twitches in my leg xD I've accidentally kicked my other half in bed because of it ;~; Then there's one in my eyelid, and one on my pinky fingers. I hate twitchy nerves >:c

It could be tiredness or a lack of nutrients? Try eating something with a lot of potassium and see if that alleviates the twitching.

It could totally be tiredness, lol. Goodness knows I haven't been getting enough sleep lately. I'll try the potassium...but I eat a lot of bananas and they have potassium, right? I'll see what else does.

My hands and legs occasionally twitch, but it doesn't bother me much. Also, after I took ADHD pills for a few months, I developed a motor tic in my eyes. 50% of the time my eyes were closed due to constant blinking. It made it hard to do just about anything, especially ride my bike. It's improved a lot now and the tic only starts up again when I'm excited or anxious.

It used to happen to my cheek when I was in high school.. probably due to stress, but it doesn't happen as much now. Nowadays it's maybe once or twice every few months. Sometimes I also bounce my leg up and down while sitting and other times I don't.

My right eyelid's been twitching lately, but I don't know why. It doesn't bother me much, I just wonder if it's not something I'm supposed to fix somehow.

My right eyelid used to twitch a lot, years ago. I don't know how or why it stopped but it did and I actually completely forgot about it until now.

I have them all over my body. Not all at the same time of course lol. I suffer with anxiety; apparently it's common to have twitches when you're anxious, probably because you tense your body so much. I just learn to live with them.

I get twitches in the outside corner of my left eye, and (occasionally) in the upper eyelid of my right eye. I also get them in my ring fingers and (also very occasionally) in my pinkie finger of the right hand. No real reason - they've just happened. The one sin my hands happen occasionally when I'm just resting them normally though (or not moving them) and they go away pretty quickly. No harm done so I've not really bothered with them! (As I speak though the outside corner of my left eye has begun slightly twitching. I can just feel it!)

Eye twitches are the WORST. Because you can SEE it happening and its so distracting. "Stop it, stop it RIGHT now. God damn you."

I have a inflamed nerve on my right arm that makes my whole arm twitch like crazy now and again so I know that hateful feel of not being able to get the oh so annoying thing to stop/go away.

The outside corner of my eyes (usually my left) sometimes twitch. I think it's when I'm stressed out. Nobody else seems to be able to see it, thank goodness, but I see a bit of a blur at that corner and definitely feel it when it happens.

I will love you forever if you trade me:

I have occasionally but not often. My husband has this most of the time. He suffers from benign fasciculation syndrome. He found it quite stressful and upsetting when first diagnose but doesn't complain about it too much now, although it is always going and does still affect his sleep. His is possible a side effect of having tinnitus. He doesn't sleep well and gets stressed because of the tinnitus and he has now developed benign fasciculation syndrome too. I feel like he needs help but he is reluctant to see doctors as they say there is nothing they can do. I think a sleep specialist would be a good idea, but unsure how we get access to one.
