So okay, a CS sale, I totally understand the importance of getting more money into the site. After about like 4 news posts about it. Plus several mentions of the GoFP after each SubQ revamp. What bothers me is that there was no news post for this release (or, releases to be exact). That's 14 items.

We shouldn't have to rely on a ping group headed by users in order to be notified of this kind of thing (especially when ping groups and forums can be extremely broken...but that's for a different topic). Especially for official site items. Shouldn't it be in the realm of staff's responsibility?

If letting the users figure out new non-cs item releases is a 'thing' now then...I don't know what to say honestly.

I'm still slightly irritated about the sudden retirement of the Limited Subeautique sets (sudden as in no hey this will retire next week...) even though I finally found a staff mention of hey these will be back sometime. When the lack of announcement for that pretty hefty chunk of collection items (plushies and beanbags) was noticed, a news post should have been made.

Between the Cash Shop sales overkill, and the creepy final announcement (idk a hope you caught some great deals, keep on the lookout for future sales, some basic formatting even might have been nice...) the site looks so ridiculously unprofessional.

Yeah, I'm still kind of surprised by the lack of announcement. They've been available since at least the 28th (here's the thread where I first heard about them).

Yeah, I'm not impressed, tbh.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who found "the cash sop sale is now over" a little odd? to say the least

that's ridiculous. Even I was unaware there were new official items released, as I am sure many other users were too. Either make an official announcement in the news or make an official staff thread where all of us get pinged to it. Don't know if that can be done, but I'm pretty sure they can figure that out.

I found the "cash shop sale is over" news post weird and impersonal, all the pushing towards the cash shop a little too much and the lack of a mention of the new Beanbags and Plushies doesn't make it look better at all. I really hope things will change again but at the moment I have to say that Subeta disappoints me for various reasons.

I don't have an issue with the number of CS sale news posts. It was a lot, but they were all important and there would probably be complaints if any of them had been skipped, like if we hadn't been given a reminder that it was ending, or if the extension hadn't happened.

It was a very short sale and there hasn't been much else going on, which I think is why it may have felt kind of spammy. A news post about the plushies and things would definitely have helped to break it up.

But yeah, the news post for the end of the sale was uncharacteristically impersonal. That was weird.

I think there wasn't a news post because these weren't "new" sets of items since the line already previously existed.

It still should have been posted though, even more so now since people would likely get very confused seeing a Telenine plushie at the end of the shop where new stuff goes. Hell it could have even been tacked on to that sorely lacking end of sale post with something like:

"The cash shop sale might be over, but it seems like some of the shopkeepers wanted to keep the festivities going. Some old favorites have gotten a new coat of paint, so look out for the following."

Not to mention the horrific amount of glitches ongoing on these glorious new forums. Like the fact that I couldn't edit my post until I refreshed this topic as a whole. I thought that was getting fixed?

I thought the "the cash shop sale is over." post to be hilarious, personally. It felt like everyone was complaining and making fun of the spammy "don't forget the cash shop sale" news posts and then that was subeta's final "haha here's another cash shop post just because."

But I agree they should have announced the new items, like they usually do. It's weird that they didn't.

I think it was so odd this time because there were so many recolors released, especially with the Telenine plushie.

Also this post was hard to write since I got the stupid legal stuff floating around in my text bubble....
