Out of curiosity I was wondering what happens to spotlight winner pets that are adopted out to other users. Do those pets lose the medal they have when they exchange owners, or do they forever keep that mark on their profiles?

As far as I know currently, they keep it forever. :/

Last I knew they kept the trophy, and then the new owner wasn't able to reenter them due to them having won before.

I know, that's what I meant.
