What would be a fair price for a malice?
Just BTW price check is for items not in user shop's but as Pokemon said what the user shop's price say are probably accurate

if the price was 50m, the ones in shops would have been sold
so it's less

if they all sold the actual price would be higher, no? actual price is where supply meets demand; but not having an immediate demand doesnt mean the price isn't right. that would be equivalent to someone putting kwand in shops for 10k sp while one is in trades for 10b. of course the one in shops sells, so naturally the price is 10k? in any case some have sold at 50m some have sold for more and im sure some have sold for less but at the moment the price seems to be 50m.
Well, if she wanted to sell RIGHT NOW, then 50mil wasn't gonna be it, as these are not selling. Now, if she wants to wait several weeks, then yeah, I'd suggest 75m even, some people have no clue.

that doesn't really make sense either. there's just no guarantee that lowering the price any amount would mean a sale if there's just not a demand for it at the moment (short of you personally saying well I'll buy it for x ridiculously low amount)... However when someone is looking to buy one from the shop search, having the lowest price on the search even if by 1 sp greatly increases your chance of selling the item, regardless... albeit subeta's economy is usually one of smail me for a guaranteed x% discount of most all in user shop items, there are still far more instances of items selling at shop search face value. The way you definitively stated that the price is under 50m because those 3 on search haven't sold is just a complete fallacy. Also, stating a quick sale price is not stating an item price, even if you and 30 other people would buy it at that price (but no higher) right on the spot...
