As you approach what appears to be the building of a television station, a man with peculiarly coloured hair blocks your way on the sidewalk.

"Excuse me, have you seen this man?", he says. He takes two pictures out of his book, and presents them to you.

"I'm sorry if I interrupted your walk. If you see him, please contact me, or pay me a visit." He pulls a sheet from a pad of sticky notes, and begins to write on it. He pauses before giving you the note, seemingly glancing at your pocket.

"Give me that." Just there and then, he snatches the bookmark away from your pocket, placing the sticky note on your hand before he walks away from you. Quote:

Stop Thief! I send all my pets after that guy and call the Commisariat Centropol on my mobile. Magentawhimsy is tier 12 and has lots of tentacles and between her and the gendarmes he will not get away!

My first temptation is to throw the sticky away or have Fraus send it to ashes with an Inferno Scroll. But I save it and hand it over to the inspector as evidence.
