i cant even get it to load and im using chorme ive tryed everything that is posted on all of the other forms but its not working i was able to get into it two days ago but since yesterday i cant.. and i dont know where to go to down grade my firefox eather to try that please help

Try clearing your cache...sometimes you have to do it more than once, but that has been fixing it for Chrome users.
