I wonder IF stalking people who has it on their gallery and asking them how much they ever paid for it worked at some point. I mean, considering they reply to you because I swear I have no idea.

It comes from the Foil Wrapped Raw Hamburger trunk, which recently retired and currently sits at ~30mil. The trunk contains 16 items (female, at least, which is where this comes from). Since it's in high demand, though, I'd say around ~5-10mil would be fair. Of course, there is one in shops for 15mil.
