Simple question; why is this a thing?

because whats the point if you can like everyone's HA at a time, there would be no value in it? that's my only guess, but i don't know what the limit is because i've never hit it

The limit is 25 per day, and it's to prevent people from just clicking like on every single HA they see.

Ahh, I guess that does make sense. It's kinda sad though because there are so many beautiful cosplays I want to like. ;3;
