Ok, so every night it seems roughly between 6pm - 11pm, usually around 4pm-7pm though, I start getting a headache. I am not sure if it's from me stressing all the time, or if it's because of a caffeine withdraw, I drink coffee when it's in the house, usually french vanilla. Anyone know how I can fix this? I don't want to keep drinking coffee if that is it, it'll just make me hurt worse. Most days I'm ok in terms of mood, I just get bored easily. I sometimes take a Tylenol, Advil, or Motrin pill to relieve my headache but most of the time I just let it work itself out. Any suggestions to make this better? Please ping me or I won't see the replies right away, thanks.

How often do you drink coffee? Since you said you drink it whenever it's in the house. I don't know if you could have caffeine withdrawal if you only have it occasionally. I personally only get these headaches when I'm weaning myself off of caffeine after drinking multiple cups of coffee and 1-2 energy drinks per day over my midterms and final exams period, not if I'm just casually drinking coffee once in a while.

However, if it is caffeine withdrawal, the only way I've ever been able to stop the headaches (other than continuing to drink coffee/energy drinks) is to just go cold turkey. The headaches get really bad for a few days and I get super cranky over everything, and then they're gone and everything is back to normal again.

Do you sit at a computer or desk for a large portion of the day? What kind of headache is it? One side of the head, front, back sides?

It might be the stress. I used to get headaches in the evening because I was stressed all the time. But like asked, what kind of headache is it? The description might help identify it a bit.

when im out of coffee [and i drink it quite strong, usually with one teaspoon of sugar, im out of sweetner] i get shaky. really shaky, and i hit all sorts of items because i cant coordinate well anymore.

the only headaches i get is before a storm or when the seasons change. if i spend too much time in front of the computer during the day, i might get a headache too, and i dont see well anymore. i sually take breaks, open the window, stretch out and drink a lot of water. you might want to visit a doc if you change your daily routine and you notice no change.

get well.
