Received my loyalty totem today. I opened it and selected a new pet slot. I went to get a neela at the cash store and received this message:

Oh No! You already have 9 pets!

Does the Neela not count? Do I have to adopt a different pet? Or am I out the loyalty box =/

You have to be using a Gold Account to make it work.

Ah so I am out of the box then? Or will it appear if I get a gold account? Thanks

if you get a gold account, you should be able to adopt a new pet. you don't loose the slot.
