why after doing 15 quests does he only give you two points???? after spending all that sp on his quests, he needs to give out more then that!

That would be a question for staff. As I understand it the shop is a permanent fixture of his quests now (pending our response to it). I would assume the items in the shop will be refreshed or added to occasionally, but seeing that the staff knows how long it takes on average to attain a given number of points they will likely keep the items in the shop for more than long enough to purchase them. But again, that's just guesses based on conversations on the board I linked to. I would ask a staff member for clarification. :)

Afaik the shop is supposed to stay so there's no need to hurry. I personally am happy with how rare the points are as they make me keep doing my Pete quests; if I, as a person who already got all the Achievements from Pete, would be able to buy all the new items from his shop within a couple of days why should I bother to keep questing for him?
