So I have this friend who is trying to join the site. yay! But every time they sign up they never seem to receive the email -I guess- it says it is sending you? I don't know why this would happen. They said they checked the spam folder and everything! I have the email they used if someone can help me in some way? Haha, it would be appreciated greatly. Thanks!

this seems to be an issue lately. Someone else had this issue and I think had to file a ticket or email the support team. But first are they sure they got their email right and an open username? If yes on both then have them email staff from the sign up email they are using and see if anything can get resolved.

Problem solved! At first it told them the email was already in use, then it told them the user name was taken. Turns out it made the account but got confused about something! lolll this topic can be locked now. Thanks for your assist!
