Rexaby the Galactic Velosotor is UFA!

He has base stats, and an adorable name. He was kind of an impulse adopt from the Adoption Center, and even though he's adorable and there would be much I could work with him on, I don't seem to be able to.

So! He is UFA. Just a small application will be fine (list any and all ideas you have for him). I will be choosing a new home on Saturday, May 12!
