Ahahahaha, I get the impression you want us to be like, "wow your parents are such assholes," but I'm totally on their side here. It's not a 'crazy cat family,' it's a 'crazy cat lady and her stepdad who don't care how unhappy they're making everyone else'. I think your family is absolutely justified in feeling overwhelmed by having so many animals in the house that they never bargained for. The selfish jerk in this story is actually you.
Let's break down this utter mess of a post, shall we?
The way you talk about this ('I bet he has another animal'), you sound like borderline animal hoarders.
Second, surely you have the option of bringing animals to the SPCA or something, rather than into your family's house? I recommend you start doing that with strays you find.
Third, if you must have them, is your family paying to take care of these animals? If so, that needs to stop. You cannot make them pay to take care of your animals that you unexpectedly brought home. They have themselves to worry about, they should not be forced to take care of your pets.
Fourth, if you're paying for them, then do you have a job? How old are you? Because if you have the means, you should be the one moving out, not them. While you can keep all the animals you want in your own place (as long as you're taking care of them properly), it's completely unfair to drag your family along for the ride.
If I were your mom, I would be kicking you out, and I would be completely justified.
Then again this post is so ridiculous I wouldn't be surprised if you were trolling. Jesus fucking christ.

I mean, it's plainly not just 'an animal' that's the problem here. Clearly as your brother puts it the problem is the "ten fucking cats."
The way you wrote 'I bet he has an animal' makes it sound like this is not just a one-time thing. Can't really see them as 'the family's pets' either since your mother and brother obviously are upset about it. Either you or your stepdad are pretty much forcing pets on the other two, it sounds. That's ridiculously inconsiderate, making your mom and brother uncomfortable because you just don't care.
If my sister came home and said 'hey guys I brought a tenth cat home without asking hope you don't mind' I would wonder if she had gone crazy. I'm giving you advice because you honestly don't seem to get what's wrong with that.
And if you don't want advice and you're claiming no responsibility for bringing the cat home, then why did you post this random story about your family and some cats anyway?
