I was thinking that an option should be available to see how many items an individual user has bought from your shop. Perhaps it could be an option that allowed you to search for a username to see what they've bought from your shop. It could tell you the total number of items.

"Hey, can you turn up the radio?" I say, "Why?" You say, "Cause I'm pretty sure I just heard the GPS lady say she wants to get out."

I probably wouldn't use this feature except out of pure boredom.
I really wouldn't use this, and I don't honestly see how it could be useful (I mean, I'm sure there are some really obscure reasons why you might want to look at this kind of thing but I doubt most people would use it on a regular basis).
Besides, the shop log only goes back so far (looks like two weeks). It would only show you a certain amount of recent transactions anyway.
I would like this feature because sometimes I send users who buy a lot from my shop WL items to show my thanks for being such a good customer. It's hard when they don't buy one thing 3 times in a row.

Seems rather invasive to me, no matter your intentions.
While it's very nice of you to send gifts to others, there really isn't any need.
People buy from your shop because your item(s) are the lowest priced on the Shop Search. Most of them probably don't even pay attention to the fact they are buying multiple items from your shop because it's likely they are buying items for quests, which I think most people try to complete as quickly as possible. (Though I think that the speed of completion only really matters for Wizard Quests.) Very very few people buy from a particular shop out of any sense of loyalty and it's usually just for a special reason, like the owner's birthday or just because they know their friend (the owner) is having a bad day.
I don't think this feature would get much use and it's limited in its scope because the site can't keep huge backlogs... (Takes up server space unnecessarily.) Plus some users may actually be driven to avoid a user's shop if they keep getting messages and/or gifts even, as it could feel a little bit like an invasion of privacy or stalker-type activity.
I only give them gifts once if they buy a lot. And they'd have to buy more than just 5 items. And I see your point.

I can see why I would want this information, which I mostly keep private. I have a really huge shop, and checking out my customers helps me decide what to restock and what price I should charge for things. Years ago I used to talk to people about their purchases but they don't like this much, so I don't gift; instead, I try to keep my prices reasonable so each purchase my customers make is a small gift to them.
That said, well ctrl+F.... If you sell stacks of stuff, open them all out and then Find. So while I think this would be fun, I also think it's low priority.
