Since people seem to be unable to stop talking about me behind my back and targeting me and my friends, I've decided that sometime in the future, I am going to take a temporary hiatus from Subeta until people learn to be decent, caring people, which will probably never happen. I am not giving any of my things away. I just want to stop being the scapegoat for every little thing. So I'm considering self-freezing. You made two topics about the same thing, you should probably ping the forum mod and ask them to lock he other and move this to Chit Chat or Small Talk.

Since this is the Advice forum, maybe you should consider changing your behavior, rather than taking a hiatus. There are a lot of great things on-site that would be a bummer to lose out on because what other people might be saying.

Maybe, instead of self-freezing right away, you should have a moment of self-reflection, and think about why people are reacting this way to you. People around Subeta never react negatively to someone without any good reason, and maybe it would be good to think about what the reason might be, and what could be done to 'fix' that reason.

Also, everything said. It's not always "the others", you know?

If you want people to not talk about you, perhaps you shouldn't comment people begging for expensive items, which is against the actual rules anyway:

You are lucky you didn't get an official warning about it so stop trying to play the innocent victim.

You were caught begging. What did you expect to happen? Honestly. It's not people being assholes and targeting you if they're discussing the blatant proof that you broke the rules.

It also tends to step on peoples toes when they find gifts they gave you out of kindness suddenly up for sale within minutes of getting the item(s) you "had to have". I've seen a few people who had this done to them by you and I'd have to say that's not going to garner you any favors with many people. Even people who /DON'T/ know you around subeta will have an auto dislike of that behaviour if they find out about it along with the begging to be just handed expensive things out of the blue.

So take all the "break" you want. You'd just better hope when/if you come back people have forgotten what you did. That's not likely though as many people you did these things to, or even quietly observed it, are long time players.

I am not aware about the situation going on, but why on earth would you put your personal email up on a public forum if you're so concerned about targeting? Couldn't you have smailed your friends or something?

If you want a hiatus because people are "mean" then by all means, enjoy your hiatus. The fact that you got caught doing some pretty rude stuff and now playing the victim is pretty immature. Maybe come back when you are more mature and can handle yourself and your actions better. Or hey, block the people bothering you and do other things on site besides the sb and whining in comments about how horrible people are. Go to forums more, chat with people, open yourself up. Yeah, opening up is a scary as hell thing but honestly, it's worth it in the end even if you get hurt.

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Think about it before you run away and hide.
