My pet Hurting was nominated for PS,and its been rejected.I cant see in rules why it should have been.Can anyone tell me?

I think it is a really great profile but I do see one thing that has been mentioned in the topic The Top 10 List for Spotlight Rejections.

Seems to have a lot of structural issues with the story, more than anything coding or looks wise. I'd break apart the story into five to six sentence paragraphs!
