My question is, if I want to change one of my certain pet's name to a different pet name that I already own, is that possible?

What I am wanting to do is, change Commons to be named Masseuse. Which I own both of these pets. Could I do that? In what ways could I?

I wouldn't care about keeping Commons' name, since I want to change it to Masseuse. But I care about keeping the pet. I solely made the pet Masseuse for the name. Just so I know that I would have it. After I would switch the name, I wouldn't care about the pet anymore really.

But agh, I dug myself into a deeper hole. Thank you for your help though. (:
