My friend from Canada came down for my daughters birthday party and she's playing Subeta while I am. I took a hiatus so I didn't know who to contact to let them know that she's here until the end of June.

I didn't want us to get frozen. lololol She put a note on her lookup but I wanted to be sure that we were safe.

Just open a ticket to inform staff you'll be sharing IPs for a while! c:

Edit: Yeah don't put profile notes, if they see it they'll remove it anyway! That information is supposed to go on a ticket ^^

No problem! I think you can file it under "Account Issues" or "General Help" but tbh it doesn't matter much where you put it (unless it's custom clothing issues), tickets are assigned in order of creation and whoever picks it up should be able to help you quickly c: (It's just a matter of putting a note on your account anyway!)

Is a ticket the way to go if my husband wants to join? He asked me the other day if he could join, but I asked him to hold off since I don't want them to see two accounts from the same IP and think I had two instead of one.

yes, you should do the same thing and file a Ticket. I think he has to have an account to talk about before you can do this? but maybe make the Ticket the first thing he does.

Whew, ok then, I didn't want to risk losing mine if he had one from the same IP. If he still wants to join, I'll have him make a ticket first thing, thanks!
