I've tried taking everything off of her in the wardrobe, changing her emotion, etc. She just has that weird half smile line on her face?

It's your default mouth, I think. You'll have to go into your wardrobe and then select the avatar editor, and you should be able to change it from there.

Looks like you have one of your settings stuck on smirk. If you check the expressions and see which one has smirk set you can change it.
