Hey ladies (and gents if we get any in here)
This is a ping group for chatting about all your favorite fandoms. Share your favorite tv shows, movies, books, hotties you're currently drooling over. It's gonna get geeky in here so if you think you are too cool for school you might want to move on to the next group, but if you fan girl squee when someone mentions Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Game of thrones, Sherlock.... and so on... and so on... then you're in good company! Come chat with us, join in a conversation or start your own.
My only worry is the staying on topic. I tend to go off in a few different directions. :o/
What about The Crow or The Breakfast Club? (too early for me to think of more)
I dig Dr. Who too however, I haven't seen a whole lot of it.

I started doctor who with the 2005 series. So I started with the 8th doctor (Christopher Eccleston) and watched through to current day. I totally fell in love with Matt Smith as the 11th doctor. I think anyone who Starts with the 8th doctor and makes it mid way through nine (David Tennant) you will fall in love with the show. Even my mom fell in love with it and that was just from watching over my shoulder. lol
Thanks for the ping! c:
I can't fangirl about Doctor Who because I've only seen the first 2 episodes. lol But a lot of my college friends like it. My best friend, my sister, and I are hooked on Grey's Anatomy. We've seen all of it. My boyfriend and I have seen all of Bob's Burgers and we're totally hooked. :D
I haven't really watched Doctor Who in order. I tried to, I watched the first four episodes of the 2005 series and I always want to watch more but I'm always so busy to start it from scratch. I've seen several David Tennant episodes on BBC America while lounging around, they're in the middle and such, but I honestly don't mind spoilers and such. Also, I watched what I could of the first season on Netflix with the first doctor, but there really aren't many of those around but I really do want to one day start all the way from the beginning, but I'll probably end up just watching it from 2005. Almost all my friends are whovians so I don't really bother avoiding spoilers, in fact I enjoy spoilers because then I can watch a show and pay attention to the details.
If you are starting with the 8th doctor (2005-) it takes a bit to get good due to low budget but as it progresses it gets less cheesy and I can't say enough good things about it.
honestly, if I could only ever recommend watching one tv show it has to be Doctor Who from 2005 on. I'm sure people who grew up with it would shake their head at me not including the classic doctor who but I think they have a very different feel now and I think the revival of it has way more of an emotional tug as far as your "relationship" with the characters.
It's funny you mention that because I watched the new who (first four episodes) before the old who and I really enjoyed the old one but it was way more cheesy than the new who, but then when I watched the new who on TV it just looks all too cheesy to begin with but I like it, I just need to spend the time to watch it.
I've seen quite a handful with David and Matt they are awesome. The super old ones though some of the doctors, just annoy me with their looks. :o/

I actually saved your sig to my computer for my fiance because he loves deadpool. He's been a fan since he was a little kid.
That's so awesome. I just got into him a few weeks ago and know I'm obsessed.
what shows are you guys watching this week? Most of mine are on hiatus except Doctor Who. Also my netflix is down cause they want money and I'm broke. =/
I probably won't have any time to watch tv but I'm glad these shows are finally coming back: The Big Bang Theory, Grey's Anatomy, and Reign. The other three shows I'm looking forward to checking out are Gotham, Grace Point (David Tennet yayayay), and The Flash.
All that being said, October 12 needs to hurry up because I need my Walking Dead fix
I'm currently on the 3rd season of Switched at Birth while I wait for Bob's Burgers and Grey's Anatomy to start back soon. c:
I can't wait for Reign!
I didn't even know they were still doing Grey's anatomy. Last I watched it was all about the love triangles.
Same here. There are so many directions it can go in
when Bash went to kneel and Francis stopped him and grabbed him for that hug I practically applauded. lol
