Chancellors Phoenix Staff Rarity: 105 Tier 5 weapon

I can't find any in user shops or trades. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Average price says around 3mil but it's a pretty decent weapon against some challengers. Could always start at 25-30mil and work your way from there?
