Hi. At the bottom of the cash shop is a message: "Refund Policy If you purchase an item and within 10 days the price changes, file a ticket here to get the difference in CSC." A few days ago I bought 2 colors of those BrightEyes contacts, and now they're on sale and marked down in price. Does this policy apply to sales like this or do they mean when/if items are marked down in price permanently? I want to get an opinion before I make an unnecessary ticket and waste a staff's time xD

i'm not sure, i was just about to ask this because i just bought a bunch of cash shop things and i was wondering if sales count or if it's only for permanent price changes.

i'll post this and say I've gotten refunds on cs items bought. But typically what doesn't count for "sales" is hustler, the gift cards, renaming UN or pets or pet slots. The only time those can get you back csc is if they are listed in the sale. Sales like this tend to be item only, renames and slots tend to be black friday only

I forgot that gold accounts also rarely go on sales too. so typically the best thing to do is look at your recently bought list, count back 10 days and let them know what items and prices were to get the right refund
