However the are all within friend's hands ;x so I dont have any spares to offer Im sorry!

I know that the was a three batch item of which only two batches were released from what I can see. Pretty sure the slots were 600 CSC. It was released by . Oh, and it was released around February last year. :) I haven't really seen any of them being sold, but I don't think it would be /too/ hard to find.

The kimono was a private joint release between friends. There was one public copy of each colour sold at 3k each.
