Hello~ I'm using my mom's computer right now but on mine, for the last two or three days, I haven't been able to access subeta. It just doesn't load. At first I thought the site was down but obviously it's not.

I'm not sure what to do...

What browser are you using on your computer? Have you tried others?

I would start by clearing your cache and browsing cookies.

I'm using google chrome. I totally forgot to check other browsers. I tried on IE and it's still not working,

Do you have any type of firewall or malware/spyware program? You might want to try and temporarily disable them because they might be blocking the site.

I do but it had been working fine before, and I've had it installed for months. Would there still be the possibility of it being the problem?

It could be, yes. Those types of programs tend to auto-update, even if only in the background when they aren't actually enabled. :( I've run into the issue before myself.

- do you have a sibling or someone in your house who is computer-savvy? I know my brother used to block certain game-sites from my computer because I was addicted. When I found a way around that he blocked it from our internet completely (I also found a way around that by using VPN).

If you have some firewall and you don't want to disable it, you should try using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), your mom might have that on her computer so that might be why it's working there and not on your computer.
