My little sister is trying to make an account, but step 4 never loads. She never gets an email, and she can't log in. Also, to make sure she doesn't have an account already, we were going to use a "forgot username" option, but there isn't any - unless we missed it?

I would suggest creating a ticket for this since there's nothing us normal users can really do to help. Good luck with your situation though!
