SO I realized I had mis-priced and item by mistake when someone quickly bought up both of them. I priced them at about 54k and they should have been 540k. Oops, lol. I was not by any means upset with the user. It was my mistake and why be mad at someone who got lucky enough to catch it? Anyways me being curious (nosey) I clicked on the use who bought them, (just to check them out) and had found that thy blocked me!!

I'm sorry but that is just pathetic. I do understand that there are players out there that may have gotten upset at such a loss, but not everyone is going to flip shit at someone for it. I guess i'm just insulted that this person is so wimpy and scared that they simply blocked me instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt. I just feel like being blocked is a punishment, one that I did absolutely nothing to receive.

And on top of it, they clearly think that they did something fudged up enough (and may be feeling guilty?) that it might tick someone off.

Right? To me their actions following the purchase indicate they are ashamed of what they did, or that they think they did something wrong. So why punish me? I know I'm taking this personally. It's just been one of those days.

I happened to do that once, and didn't realize until after I made the purchase and of course the shop had disappeared after I switched back to the quest page. I had to search the item again about five quests later and noticed the difference in price.

I wish I knew who the user was that I bought it from to apologize and send the sp difference :c If they'd gotten back to me I would've apologized ten times more since I hadn't noticed the mistake.

That's sweet of you. Accidents happen though, don't feel bad. Like I said though I wasn't upset that they bought them, it was my mistake I usually double check and just happened not to that day. It bothers me that they acted like I had done something wrong.

You definitely didn't! Maybe they just felt a little scared of how you'd react. Honestly I have seen some users become absolutely HOSTILE to other members.

I've seen it too, and it's a shame. We all come here for fun and to enjoy ourselves, I don't understand why being courteous to a fellow player is so difficult.

You're making a lot of rather unfair assumptions about that person. I don't like it when people block for no reason, or reasons I don't agree with, but that doesn't make them wimpy.

Maybe the person had an issue with confrontation and was worried that you were going to yell at them? Maybe they looked you up and didn't like your forum posts, avatars, or pets? Maybe they blocked you on accident while looking at your profile? Either way they are using the block system the way it should be used, to block communication between two people.

It's not really fair to talk about the other user in such a way. You tried to contact him, otherwise you wouldn't have known you were blocked. The person may blocked you for reasons you don't understand, blocking is not a punishment, some people just don't appreciate / feel comfortable with communication as much as others.

Technically it was your fault for mispricing and the other person had any right to buy that item without getting questioned. Seeing as you made such a disrespectful thread the person is not too wrong about that.

I've gotten lucky enough to catch some mispriced items, and I've mispriced several items myself. I figure it works itself out in the end anyways xP

Lol, like I said I found out I was blocked because I went to check out who the person was. Instead of ending up on their profile I was informed that this person had blocked me. So no I had not tried to make contact with them, nor did I have to try in order to find out.

I KNOW it was my fault for mispricing my item, I clearly said that multiple times...soooo there's that...

Anyways (again) I wasn't at all upset by the fact that they had bought the items, I was upset for being blocked for no other reason than for them to "avoid confrontation" which makes it seem like they think they did something that would warrant some kind of confrontation.

So maybe it is unfair for me to assume this person did it because they are "wimpy", but it's unfair of them to assume I would get mad at them for something that was clearly my fault.

Anyone who actually knows me here or has communicated with me knows that I am actually a super nice to person and get enjoyment out of helping out anytime I can whether that person be one of my friends or not. I don't ever make posts outside of buying art and items. This is probably the most offensive I've ever been. However, I didn't name the person (seriously it's not like I want people hating on them or staying clear of them.) I would never have flipped out on them in the first place (had they not blocked me for no reason I wouldn't have been upset in the least). As far as utilizing the block system the way it was supposed to be used (to block communications) that I could accept if I had ever established communications with them in the first place.

For the record it's not like this is the first time I had mispriced something and it was bought before I caught my mistake. Never contacted those users, I did however look at their profiles, just for the heck of it and ended buying stuff out of their shops, so again...ya.

That does seem like an unusual situation to happen and it does seem insulting that they would block you like that. Though I do think it could be possible that they blocked you before they bought from your shop since you are no longer notified when people block you (which is why I check my block list every few hours, just because I am paranoid people will randomly block me out of the blue).

Aw that sucks I'd feel annoyed also if the person blocked me only because I didn't even do anything to be blocked. I haven't really mis-priced anything but i did get really unlucky when one of my items that was the only one that was priced at 3m when the item was selling for over 20m but owell I guess it was meant to be ;P.

I would try not to take it too personally. It sounds like he or she wouldn't make your Subeta experience any better if what you're assuming about the user is true anyway. (Or the person could just be really shy about social interaction, etc. etc.) I'd just block back and move on I guess?

I would rather they think my avatar/pets etc. are all ugly. For me those would be better reasons for blocking me than the alternative, hahaha! :D
