You can get a Loyalty Totem from the Loyalty Box - which you will receive every year, from your second anniversary on the site onwards!

So, I remember, because of all the downtime, had given everyone an extra 5 pet slots. Well, I went to double check on my pets and decided, what the heck? When I clicked the add more slots button, I got the above.

If my thinking is correct, wouldn't we have gotten 15 slots all together? Or am I just hopeful thinking and can't do my math right? XD

Yes, you should be able to have 15 "bought" pet slots. Have you checked your preferences page to see your Extra Pet Slots Breakdown

from new slot additions (max 5).

Actually now it's 20 paid for slots overall, so if you're under that file a ticket and see if an admin can help get it set right.
