Is it allowed for us to add music to our pets profile? I don't remember seeing any pet profile with music. If so, how do I do it?

You (luckily) cannot code music on a pet profile, most people just add text lyrics or link to youtube videos for that purpose which is less annoying for others as well.

As far as I know the autoplaying of music at least in regards to user profiles is not allowed, and I would imagine having it on pet profiles would also not be allowed-- I don't think you'd get a warning over it (or at least I hope not, as obnoxious as autoplaying music is I don't think it's major enough to warrant warnings), but if you get reported over it you'll have to take it down (autoplaying music is generally frowned upon on subeta).

However if you could figure out how to code in a music player that DIDN'T autoplay and a user could decide if they wanted to hit play-- I don't think there's any problem with that.

You could probably make a ticket about that though, to get some clarification c:

Wow o__o I actually tried with a lot of playlist on different sites and all of them work, at most, with HTML5, nothing for CSS. I tried and nothing so I guess I'll leave it like that and just won't add music to any of my pets.

Gosh it is, so annoying haha (a lot of times it's like a jump scare, too, if you're sitting in silence)! But I can appreciate the wanting of a direct on-site link to music if people want to check out the songs.

I suppose if nothing else you could make an image/icon of a music player and have it link to the youtube video (that'd be kinda cute really), or something to that effect.

Oh, that sounds like a very cute idea!! Definitely going to try to do that, I just started coding profiles so I still have no idea how to put an object that's not part of the site already. I know where to look that tho, so will totally do it ;)
