Bragging about Tier. I have no idea why he was in the pound when he has such an amazing name, but I adopted him because I acted on impulse. He has decent stats and 41 TC slots so I'm assuming I've disrupted a user-to-user pound adoption and if that was the case I apologize.

Nice catch, congratulations, nice names in the pound aren't super rare here, so more likely someone couldn't be asked to adopt it out and just stuck him in the pound, of course it's always really nice to be the one to grab the name ;w;

With 41 TC slots he must have been well-loved at his old home. :) It's possible his old owner wasn't sure what to do about his character and wanted to adopt him out.
