A Maliss looks up at you, but walks away before you can catch it...I get this RE a lot; is there anything to help capture the elusive thing?

No, it's just an RE... you can't actually catch it as far as I know.

That RE is just a teaser but I caught one once with the help of the Lizard Minion Trap.
