What does the Tempest Lightning Rod do if I click on the reach for the sky.Also do you get quest points on all the quests now.Thanks for any help.

The only quests that don't give out quest points right now are: Wizard, Cinthia and Library quests. But they may in the future once they get their own quest shops.

For the Tempest Lightning Rod question, you have a chance of getting any of these items.

And right now, quest points are only obtainable from Pete, Maleria, Carl, Saggi, Sarah, Cursed, and Quentin.
