If I purchase CSC from Strype and my card is denied...would I get any sort of message notifying me of that? The reason I asked is because I purchased CSC around 4-5am yesterday and I've still not received what I purchased but I haven't received any sort of notification saying I'd been denied either. I asked a couple friends of mine who play Subeta since they use the same type of card I do but neither of them have had an issue so they're no help. I think I've only purchased CSC twice before and I'd gotten it within the first half hour so that's why this bothers me.

this is long enough after purchase that you should file a Ticket in the Help Center about it.
