Hey!

I'm looking to buy a theme for my tumblr page (Er?)!

I can't seem one that fits what I'm looking for, so why not get a custom one done?

Things I'd like on my completely custom on my page. Light photoshop might be required -Buttons -Banner -Bar -Background -Curser

As well as some neat effects on the page! Such as font changes, box shapes, shadows, ect . I'm a total code noob, so you will need to explain to me where to put the codes.
