I noticed that the old thread got locked so here's a brand new one ;)

I've been riding the bus for a long time with only brief interludes of having a car, so I've encountered LOTS and LOTS of creeps. Not sure guys understand how unnerving it is to be a woman alone late at night in a sketchy area. -Standing at a bus stop alone downtown at 2am, guy comes up to me and starts offering to give me a ride, over and over again. He started to get very pushy, and I was terrified. At the same time, a group of guys crossed the street towards me and yelled 'WHORE!' and that was just the icing on the shit cake. Eventually a cop began to lurk nearby and the creep left me alone. -Was sitting at a bus stop with my friend one night in another bad area, when a drunk guy crossed the street towards us angrily and came up to me and called me a bitch and punched me in the face. He was drunk so it didn't hurt too badly, he was quite uncoordinated. He started slurring things at me about how I can never say that again. I still don't know what he was referring to. He wandered off after hitting me halfheartedly a couple more times. -This homeless skater guy on the bus sat next to me and started calling me beautiful, all that jazz. I told him I have a boyfriend and to please leave me alone. He was eating some kind of potato chips, and he got very very close to me to where I could smell his nasty ass breath, and was like "Does he know how SPECIAL you are?!?" My God, just thinking about that again makes me want to vomit.

So what kinds of miscreants have you encountered on public transportation?

I only had one problem and that was in Vegas. A guy pinched my behind, probably thinking he wouldn't get a reaction, because I was getting off the bus. He got a reaction. I turned around and smacked him as hard as I could before calling him a few names and then flicking him off as I left. The few others on the bus clapped when I smacked him, so it was worth it, lol. The look on his face was priceless.
