So we ordered an exercise bike online and it finally arrived. Just spent the last couple hours putting it together, not that it was difficult, just that I was doing it by myself and there were some tricky bits with the tension wire. Soon as I had it finished and in place, I hopped right aboard and started peddling my ass off!

Going to try and do at least 15 minutes morning and evening, gradually building up endurance til I can go an hour or so twice daily. I just hope that my little white cat figures out she really needs to keep her fuzzy noggin out from under the pedals!

Grats! My mom uses a fossilized version that's all wood, and it sounds like something out of a cheesy science movie. xD

laughs Oh I think she'll catch on pretty quickly, after a few more clonks to the head. Her problem is that she loves to chase shadows, she just can't resist the lure of a moving object and being deaf she can't tell it's coming!
