I just have to say I'm really loving this latest plot the wonderful staff have cooked up! I had a feeling it'd turn out more like this and the Tempest is really quite adorable now that she's not a scary ball of rage! Keep up the good work and I look forward to the rest of it. :)
Well, I'm very glad to see that others have the totally opposite opinion of me.
I will let the plot finish before I discuss my... how shall I say it?... points regarding the plot. Yes, that sounds neutral.
I can't think of anything I didn't like about the battle part of this vesnali. the art for the sylphs and tempest was fantastic (who drew all those beauties??), the prizes were great, and it's nice to see battling getting some pretty regular plot-related love. :)
This is my first ever Subeta plot and I've been loving it so far! Unfortunately I didn't get to participate much in the Tempest battles because of work, but the other challengers were great and the activities (find the eggs, fix the camera) have been a lot of fun. I'm a little disappointed we haven't gotten new achievements for it, but I understand that the chieve system is pretty buggy right now and the staff don't want to add more until it's fixed.
(And I seriously hope that Tempest, the lightning-themed collection and RB items, and this plot mean that we're getting a storm pet color. OMG I need that for Thurisaz so bad.)
I've really been enjoying the plot so far. :) I like the little events where x NPC tells you to run around for them, then report back, then receive a call back from them later. I wish that I had battled more, but in general I really enjoyed the battling, and the art for the challengers (including Tempest) was really gorgeous. The prizes were pretty neat, too!
I don't mind plots that are a bit more low-key or have a focus on battling.
The plot itself was well-done and I enjoyed it. :)

I enjoyed it. I only wish we'd had more time to battle…
I enjoyed it, battling was fun too. Still have my fingers crossed for a Tempest/Storm color x)
I'm mostly just happy that it was something to do instead of/along side the mundane event stuff like giving flowers, etc.

I liked the plot in general. It was pretty neat. Prizes were lovely, wearables were beautiful, storm pet is great.
I didn't like the way prizes were handed out, however. I didn't like receiving a bunch of events about the prizes. I'd rather have been given a link to click and be rewarded with them all at once.
I really dislike how 3 of the 4 from your "Disliked" list happen during nearly every site event.

: Especially the lag. Every time. :( But it's not going to keep me from mentioning it.
I completely agree, especially since rolling out the new forums was part of the effort to reduce the lag. :(

I was actually really happy with the ending, and came here to say just that.
I loved the entire plot, but I'm most impressed with the ending because we've had several plots in the past that ended abruptly, sometimes without clearing anything up -- remember how Fantine magically cured the Baker's Kiss that one year, and it was never acknowledged?
After the fight with Tempest, there were several news posts and NPC dialogues, spaced out over several hours, that each progressed the story and ultimately wrapped things up nicely. We even got a satisfying explanation of why Tempest stole the eggs and then attacked everyone. I think the story had a pretty solid ending, and I'm really happy with it.
The glitches and lag were definitely annoying, but that's nothing new. I'm not excusing them, but this has been an issue for so long that I'm not sure there's anything new to say on the topic.
This is the first time I've really enjoyed Vesnali and, simple though it was, this is now on my list of favorite plots. :D
The only thing I think I would have changed would have been to add an extra day to fight the Sylphs before releasing the boss fight.

Sad I didn't get a rod because I couldn't complete the plot due to its sudden end... I didn't even realize I was missing a step. I didn't find out until today that I wasn't "done". I guess (no-one?) was getting pings/notifications for the plot events. And I'm certainly not the only one this happened to. It stinks following something through all the way and then getting screwed out of final prizes due to glitches and not having an opportunity to re-visit the greenhouse.
It was really fun and I appreciate the Team's effort, I'm just really sad that I missed that final "crucial" step. I guess it's my fault for not paying attention? I don't know. It doesn't feel like I did anything wrong. Sigh
I really enjoyed the plot, but I´m really sad I missed the end. It was so fast, I just wasn´t able to come online one day, and now everything is over:( Please give us a litle more time for the next plot:)
But: Thank you again for all the hard work you do, I really appreciate the wonderful stories and the artwork:)
I really liked this plot! :D the items given out are very pretty but the ending felt so sudden to me... IMO they could've told us how many days there were to find flowers and the lag the terrible lag...
Love the plot in general but... there was to little time for battling. Apparently there were notifications that I never received and.. the end. So suddenly. That goes for the Versnali event too. On a very short notice I read the news that it would stop that day. That was wayy to short notice. It should be at least a day in advance, more days would be even better.
The lag.. well.. I am an old Subeta users so.. -shrugs- I have learned to live with that a long time ago. And making changes so that there is less lag is a very good thing.. except.. Did you really have to do that while there was an event AND a plot running at the same time? I was rather pissed when I saw it. On any other time, I would only be annoyed because I had to get used to the new things but now... -sighs-. And no warning in advance on Subeta itself that you were planning to change the forums. Bad form.
Somehow Subeta starts to forget that not everybody can be online 24/7. I feel that the user care on here is slipping somewhat. These are bad developments.
I liked the plot itself. It was a tidy little plot with some puzzles, hunting for items, and battling. It had a definitive beginning and end to the plot without magically resolving without explanation which I thought was nice.
However, I'll agree, that notices on battles and the exact end of being able to complete the plot seemed too sudden. I'm glad that I personally happened to time it well and complete it, but I could have easily not. Between lag and people saying that they missed a particular step due to no notification, it seems really easy to have not completed the plot.
I have to agree with what most said so far. I enjoyed it. It was simple, nice, and not really stressful in terms of feeling like I had to get everything done then or else I would miss something. However, I think it was a bit cheap to have the ending happen as it did. There was little time for people to finish it, which wasn't right.
