How do i get one? I went to the crystal room what do i need to do or have?

if you didn't take part in the plot you can't get a Bhakoru yourself. If you did, it should let you click on the crystal and give you the option to adopt a Bhakoru, or change your pet into a one

You're allowed to find someone to make one for you though.
