No its not over. The shop is closed as part of the plot. I will reopen. You will notice it being over when we stop getting floating flowers.

The shop doesn't close when Vesnali ends either (unless of course they change something, but after the fiasco at Masquerade I doubt they will).
I was wondering that earlier, buuuuuut, I just got this message:
It's under my events, so I clicked the link and it took me to the greenhouse where.... Nothing happened. I'm so confused. o.O
