It's obviously a problem with my computer and Subeta cause I never had the problem anywhere else but I can't get anything but the outside rim of things to load on my desktop computer, none of the inside content will show up no matter which browser I use. Is there any way I can solve this problem? I've tried just about anything that I can think of but I'm not extremely computer savvy. I have a laptop, but my mom who is an avid Subeta player hasn't really been able to access Subeta for months unless she uses my computer. I'm still not 100% sure how appropriate it is to ask this question here but since it is game related I thought I'd give it a shot.

What browser are you both using and on which operating system? If you're both in Internet Explorer, you'll encounter problems. Ironically, if you both in Google Chrome, the wardrobe is presently glitched there too.

At least pinging each other works now! I use Chrome, she uses them all, mainly chrome but it's not working on any of the other browsers either.

If it's consistent, then I would say it's something in Subeta's code and not anything you're doing.

(Yes, at least pings work again now. phew)

It does sound like something on the site if it's consistent through different browsers. I wish I had better news and a magic fix for you.

It's the weirdest thing. I'll probably end up buying her a fancy flash drive and reset her computer to see if that helps since it only happens on her computer. OF course, it is a Dell.
