So, some of you know that I was forced to send my son with his drug addicted biological father every other weekend and every Wednesday, which pissed me off beyond belief because he's a giant piece of crap.
WELL. He done f'ed up. Big time. He decided to get back into drugs, cheat on his girlfriend, assault his other son and his at the time girlfriend, tried to take his other son while he was drunk, among other things. GUESS WHAT, DUDE? You're screwed. My friend (his other son's mom), his ex, and I, all reported him to child services. We were told to keep our sons away from him. I took her to the courthouse with me and we both filed for special relief, and it was granted for the both of us. We each have sole physical and legal custody of our sons. He keeps saying "just wait until we get to court" blah blah blah. He has SO MANY people against him, and so many people that see right through him. The courts are probably gonna tell him to beat feet.
Life is finally starting to get back to normal, I don't have to force my son to go to someone he's deathly afraid of, and my fiance, son, and I can be a normal family. His other son is back in his rightful home as well.
WE ARE SO HAPPY!!!
And before anyone says "well he's their father blahblahblah he deserves to see them", um, no he doesn't. His other son is like 14 and he's been in and out of his life the entire time, as well as my son's. He's the one that promised his ex wife and his drug dealer my son, too. He's a druggie, alcoholic, compulsive liar, etc. He doesn't deserve anything.

Really good news. I have problems with my Dad too. I'm glad your son will be alright.
Had a hearing for the special relief today. No contact until the modification of custody hearing on the 28th. Hoping on the 28th they take his rights.
