Hi. I just made a new account 1 year after i got frozen for "referral abuse" on my account http://subeta.net/users/Rydro
I want to know what exactly is against the rules in terms of referrals since the rules page is not very clear about it.
What I did was lie to many many people on different other gaming sites and manipulated them to try out subeta. Since I lied to them, some of them got mad and reported me. I was subsequently frozen on this site even though I haven't seen anything against the rules here on that.
even though I lied to get people to try out the site I still don't think i abused the referal system as they were all unique registrations and they still had the potential to like the site and stay as I advertised and exposed them to this site
so my question is am I allowed to just spam other websites with my referal link as long as i dont lie to them?
can you clarify the rules on referals so i dont get frozen for something that is not in your terms of service or rules again?
