UB items last time i did him he kinda spooked me out with potions im around level 70 and dont wanna fail him

Chase can ask for just about anything including all of the unbuyable items on site. There are few things he can't ask for such as CWs and non-tradeable items such as loyalty boxes and the totems from them.

You absolutely need to build up a lot of sP before going for level 100. I have over 100m in my vault and even if I wanted to go for level 100 with it I'm not sure I could do it.

I spent around 120m a couple of months back on JUST 90-97. He then asked me for a prize from the first restock war, and only 12 people even had it displayed in a gallery. Chase will hurt you worse than you could ever imagine something on this site being able to.
