At the bottom of the High Scores page in the Game Room it says:

Quote

The people who have the top 10 high scores in each game (except Item Hunt) will receive 10,000 sP.

I know someone who has a high score (in the top 10) and does get this daily. I've never once received anything despite being listed in the top ten for months -- maybe more than a year. Both games are even in the same section of the game room so it makes no sense why one gets sp daily and the other doesn't. Am I missing something? Is there some rule I don't know about?

if it is a game that has a lot of people with the same high score (like pumpkin collections) you will almost never get it. It seems to be random for those cases. If it is some other game and there are really only 10 people with high scores then you may want to file a ticket or post in the bug forum about it.

It's Subeku. I'm ahead of the person behind me by over a thousand. I hate to file a ticket when you know they'll just say a programmer has to look at it and then you know nothing will ever get done. I hadn't thought of the bug forum though -- I'l try that. Thanks!

It's not that nothing ever will be done, I just recently had a problem and filed a Ticket and I also was told that a programmer needs to look at it and about a week later my problem got solved c:

I'm still waiting from last summer. I even refiled the ticket when I didn't hear anything and I got the same response. I know of another person who had the same problem and last I heard she was in the same boat as me. I've never had anything resolved if the word "programmer" crops up. I always assumed it was a polite blow off. Like I was being ignored, but they didn't want to be rude about it. Not that they haven't solved problems or given me an explanation or work around -- but that's the staff and they do it pretty much right away. It's only when "programmer" enters the picture that I figure I'm (insert rude term here) -- it's nice to know that they actually do have programmers who actually maybe do some things to help users once in a blue moon. You are the first person I've heard of who had a programmer related problem get solved. Now I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I want to hope. On the other, I feel like Charlie Brown when Lucy has the football… I am glad you got your problem solved.

I just looked up my Ticket and what heppened during that time, well I got updated every day that they haven't forgotten about me and it acctually only needed 4 days to be solved. Well, it was a well known problem, maybe if you make a Topic in the Problem and Bugs Forum there will be more people having the same problem and when there are more people complaining about the same thing there might be a higher chance of it getting solved faster c:

It was a known problem. It was listed in the bug thread after I reported it (I started my own thread) -- so it wouldn't happen to others. Anyway, I have never gotten an update. Either they deal with me quickly, or I get blown off and no one ever initiates contact except to say that staff has referred it to programmers so they're closing the ticket and I should have a nice day. They won't even tell me IF, let alone when, I might get a response or who would respond should that miracle ever occur. A staffer suggested I check the threads -- like the one I had created. So I could tell how important I was when they didn't even bother to read one word about it. The same thing happened again when I refiled the ticket.

Anyway, I'm glad they helped you.

Did you always get the same mod to answer your Ticket? If so maybe he couldn't do anything like the last time and therefore he just closed it, maybe if you file a Ticket again and you get the same one to answer to it again, just ask for someone else if that's possible? I only filed this one Ticket in my whole time I am here so I really can't tell how fast Tickets usually get solved :c

No, it was a different staffer. They were both very professional and very polite. I've always had female staffers answer my tickets. Twice they gave me info -- which resolved the ticket. Once I was essentially told they couldn't / wouldn't do anything -- I can respect that. Their site, their decision. And then there are the times I am politely ignored. That's what irks me to no end -- when I'm left hanging. Anyway, since this situation would require them to do something -- rather than just give me information -- I strongly suspect it's yet another thing the "programmers" will have to look into, especially since it involves games. Translation: they don't want to or can't do anything so I'm going to get blown off. Politely and professionally ignored. It will just drive me nuts all over again. I don't need the aggravation.

Well, that sucks :c When they say they can't help you, you can't do anything anyway. But if they can't, help, they should at least let you know :c
