Do they round up automatically when applied, or to the nearest whole number? I need some of the peacocks that are on sale for a weird amount and I'm trying really hard to get my CSC to come out to a nice number with them >.< [edit] I decided to just go for it with the closest-to-even number I could get, and it seems they round up/down to the nearest whole number, in case anyone needs to know c:
