Hi, I just turned in a ton of tokens but it told me "You turned in 0 Vesnali Coins to your currency bank!" Kind of pissed about this. That was an entire day's worth of coins I just lost. I wish I would have paid attention to my beginning/ending count, but I wasn't having problems this morning.

Did you happen to turn them in from a bookmarked link or something OTHER than the direct link from the updated shop?

I turned them in from the shop link.

Huh then that's weird. Was just wondering because the same thing happened during Masquerade, but it only happened to me after using the old link (I know other people had the issue but I don't know what links they used). At the time I thought it was because of the link so I was wondering if maybe you used an old link too and that's what breaks it :x

In that case, I don't know. I'm sorry, during Masquerade I filed a ticket and was told the logs don't show the right things to get the trinkets I lost back so I don't know that you'll be able to get your coins back either, but I hope you can :x

Was the site lagging really badly when you turned the coins in because it kinda happened to me. I turned in like 40 coins and the site lagged and when the page loaded Ester said I turned in 0 but all my coins were in the shop.

Please file a ticket. A UA should be able to look into the logs and see.

Actually I've just had this happen to me, and it has happened once before too. I guess I should try writing a ticket then. :/

[edit] I did an Account Search for "Vesnali Coin" and found out that thankfully this time round it was due to my own human error - they had been transferred from my vault to a gallery. ^_^'

Did you click more than once? I sometimes do when the page is loading too long for me and then I click twice and it says that I turned in 0 Vesnali Coins but they got turned in, it's just that after you clicked again it loaded the same page again too and since you already turned them in you now have 0 Coins in your Inventory and therefore you turn in 0 Coins c:
