I need to do more with my pets. I need to write and learn how to draw. I am so bad at drawing.

If you make some money, you can actually just pay someone to do all that for you.

But that takes the fun out of having the pride that you created something! :)

Not necessarily. When you pay for writing, you have to already have a character, personality, and basic story in mind. When you pay for art, you need a visual reference to go by, meaning you need the completed character already made.

A paid-for pet is still something you created, you just had other, more skilled people do the finished product for you.

i made all 4 of my roommates sign up on subeta so i could geek out about pets at them but like some of them already kind of meandered off to other games (i gotta admit that Dwarf Fortress offers some stuff subeta definitely can not)

im so frustrated w/ myself tho like ok i've been on this site 8 years and i've had dozens of different pets, and I'm big into making profiles/stories for them and i always used to have finished ones

right now none of my pets are even close. nope. i have a vague idea for how i want caraline to be but that's it?? mostly i just keep making pets because there are certain colors i want and then they're gorgeous and they sit there and I'm like = w= but ... then nothing happens lmao

I know how that feels. I always just sit here, simmering in happiness with no one to express it to. needs to get out more
