I don't know if I'm just being dense, as this isn't something I've tried to do before, but I don't seem to be able to edit (other than erase one letter at a time) the subject line for my shop in the art market. Is this just me being dumb, or is there a known problem? Thank you ^_^

Why won't it edit for you correctly? I just tried to edit my topic title on another tab and it worked fine...

I can't type any text in the line, only delete what is already there :(

So when you click the edit post button at the top of your thread, and then click on the title box to type, it only lets you backspace as opposed to typing new letters? o.o

Yep ...and I can edit the post. The only problem is this weird thing with the subject line

Have you tried altering it in a different browser?

it might be because your forum topic is too long. i -think- the new 'create topic' page allows longer subject titles than the 'edit post' page does, if that makes sense

Thank you - that is indeed the issue. I'm surprised that it's so short in the edit function :(

i think it's to prevent boards from potentially stretching the page. and well, it's a title, so you're not meant to put a paragraph in there XD

Indeed, but surely it would be logical for the field to have the same length in both create and edit, no? O_o

Ohh I forgot about that. My topic title I was testing with was two words long. I'm sorry I failed to help you but I'm glad your issue is resolved. :)
