I thought for every year you are on subeta or I'm a wrong? because according to the site preference page I'm 2 years, 11 months, 4 weeks on subeta. well 4 weeks are 1 month right so that would be 3 years?...

So I have no idea if I'm able to get one? xD

You receive it at the exact day and time of the day that you joined Subeta. For example I always have to wait until June 29th around 7:30pm my time. (:
