I tried 8 of the same item as well as different items and it only registered the first item.

I noticed your screenshot is from 7:02 am, Keith posted at 7:04 that he had just fixed it. :) Perhaps you can try again to see if it is still not registering?

i did try after that with a another item same thing but havent had a new quest for Major to try again, hopefully it is going to work
